Ocean World Lines, Inc., a subsidiary of Pacer International, Inc., understands the need for security initiatives and
in application for voluntary inclusion in the C-TPAT Program, agrees that whenever anomalies or illegal activities
related to security issues are detected or suspected, law enforcement agencies including Customs will be notified.
We are firmly committed that any abnormalities along with possible breaches of security will be reported to the proper authorities.
Regarding documentation, we strive to ensure that all information provided to and from companies involved in the
supply chain; whether importer, exporter, freight forwarder, broker or an intermediate agent, that are involved
in the clearing of merchandise /cargo, is legible and for those items handled [controlled] by our office, protected
to the best of our ability, against the loss or introduction of erroneous information.
Implementation of the new C-TPAT Internet Application and Communications Portal.
The C-TPAT Security Link Portal is a significant advancement in the evolution of the C-TPAT program,
enhancing and improving the processing and communication for all C-TPAT participants, as well as ensuring
a greater consistency and detail to the security information provided to CBP as part of the C-TPAT program.
Use of the C-TPAT Security Link Internet Portal is mandatory for all eligible C-TPAT participants.
