Ocean World Lines (OWL) maintains regionalized Documentation Services Centers,
conveniently located at our New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle and Chicago offices.
Our "Docs" department prides itself on having one of the fastest bill-of-lading
turnarounds for NVO's in the United States. Ninety-eight (98%) of all bills are
returned to our customers within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of final shipment instructions.
OWL is unique in that we have a Specialized Customer Service group within our
center to better serve the needs of our customers and ensure that their requirements
are met in a timely manner. We are constantly monitoring and bringing innovations
to our center in an effort to guarantee a 100% bill-of-lading turnaround within 48 hours.
